Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

The deposit is fully refundable if at least 7 days’ written notice of cancellation is provided.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled trip.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled trip, all payments made will be refunded.

If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled trip, a $100 cancellation fee and everything else refunded

If Hawkeye Mini Bus Charters is unable to provide the service due to circumstances within our control, all payments will be refunded in full. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.

If, at any time during the booked service, a passenger is found to be vomiting in the bus, the service will be terminated immediately for health and safety reasons. No refunds will apply.
